Products Warranty

Oyostepper guarantees the product for a period of 1 year after delivery.

Warranty Solutions Include: Repair, Replace products or parts, Refund, etc.

Warranty Includes: Product Defects, Performance Degradation or Function Loss During the Normal Use of the Product During the Warranty Period.

If the above situation occurs, customer must provide Oyostepper with email notification describing defects of products within the warranty period. Oyostepper will review the problem and determine whether such defect is covered by the warranty and provide solutions according to the situation of the product problem.
