Closed-loop Stepper Motor

The closed loop stepper motor system is a low-cost, high-performance servo system. It is suitable for a variety of large-scale automated equipment and instruments that require low-cost, low vibration, noise, high-precision and high-speed. And it is ideal for applications where the equipment uses a belt-drive mechanism or otherwise has low rigidity and you don't want it to vibrate when stopping. When using this type of system, the classic step motor noises and resonances vanish. Because the motor position is controlled via the rotary encoder feedback to the controller, the motor no longer will lose any steps up to its' maximum torque rating.
