This model is almost exactly same as Haydon Kerk 86000 series size 34 external stepper motor linear actuator. The motor part is 79mm body 1.8 degree 3.12A Nema 34 stepper motor, and it has integrated with a 15.88mm (0.625") diameter 150mm (5.9055") length lead screw and a POM screw nut, the linear travel is 6.35mm (0.25") per revolution.
