Nema 11 Stepper Motor
NEMA 11 Stepper Motor Guide
A NEMA 11 stepper motor uses the 1.1-inch class mounting face (approx. 28mm square). This frame size is commonly selected for space-limited motion assemblies that use pulse control for incremental positioning.
NEMA 11 motors are integrated into compact mechanisms such as small CNC or engraving modules, 3D printer sub-axes, laboratory instruments, linear actuators, optical positioning stages, and pick-and-place heads. Final suitability depends on the load, required speed range, and available installation depth.
Before selecting a motor, confirm holding torque, rated phase current and voltage range for the intended driver, overall body length, mounting hole pattern, and shaft diameter/flat details. Use the torque–speed curve under your planned supply voltage and current to verify performance for the exact model.
