These are now my standard stepper motor. At $11.50 a piece, these are well priced. They do not have removable cables but I have found that to be a good thing. Using motors with detachable cables, I have had the cables come loose from the motor during operation as the plugs do not seem that secure. The concern would be a cable failure could kill the motor but I have hundreds and hundreds of operation hours (3D printer) with no problems. A little strain relief goes a long way. Running at maximum current from a 4988 driver these barely get warm and I have had no failures or DOA issues yet over about 20 units. They provide plenty of power for X,Y, Z and extruder on 8x8x8" 3d printers. I am building a 16x16x16 and we will see if they are adequate to sling that bed around. They come well packed and are available with same day shipping when you just gotta have it.

These work great! My only issue is that the wiring is connected to the motor INSIDE the motor, there is no external connector, so it can be tricky mounting & wiring everything in 1 shot, and I am worried about the wear on the wires at he motors due to repetitive movement. Eventually this is going to degrade the wires beyond use and I will have to replace the motors.

holy crap these are dead silent. these are like a thieve in the night, the moving air in my house is louder than these, oh and their also stupid accurate, running them on my 3d printer with vibro isolators and they are sublime!
